You know when a fast angry song comes on that you know every word to and you’re in just the right mood that your eyes light up with the fire and angst of a thousand punk rockers and you just feel so alive
have you ever had to restart a song because you spaced out and weren’t appreciating it enough
"PM: Your costume was simple, but very intimidating and cool. Did you have any rituals while putting on the costume, that helped you get into character?
SS: Oh yeah! Oh man yeah! It was kind of a ritual. I listened to a lot of music while on set. A lot of instrumental music. And also the brothers (directors Anthony and Joe Russo) played a lot of music on set. They had their phones by the monitor and actually we were listening to the same music. So it was cool to have that connection. I played a lot of sound tracks from different movies. Also Daft Punk was huge for me and David Bowie and The Terminator soundtrack, believe it or not.
I love music. You know, I’ve always wanted to do an ’80’s movie! I love that music!”
From this interview.
my favorite part of concerts is when the band plays a song everyone knows so everyone’s singing along all out of tune but then the singer stops singing and they point the mic at the crowd and u just hear everyone in the crowd singing the words to the music and u see the smiles on the band members’ faces bc they know people care about their music and everyone’s just so happy who cares about anything else
